■Precautions for use
ISEAL insole is not suitable for people with excessive knock-knees. If you are not too sure, we recommend you should consult with the orthopaedist or knee surgeon before using ISEAL insole.
If your foot feels too tight when you set ISEAL insole in your shoe, this shoe may not be suitable for ISEAL insole. Do not cut the sides or heel area of ISEAL insole in order to squeeze it into your shoe.
Once ISEAL insole wears off, please replace it with the new one. Although it depends on how it is used, it is recommended that you replace ISEAL insole every 6 months.
Despite positive effects of ISEAL insole on preventing some types of injuries, this does not mean ISEAL insole will prevent you from injuries. Please note that we (Global Bridge Melbourne pty. ltd.) have no liability even if you suffer from injuries or any other negative conditions. Please use it at your own risks.
■Terms and Conditions
All parties agree with the following conditions, which defines the rights and obligations for sales made via www.iseal-insole.net. Global Bridge Melbourne (GB) reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. In the event of modification, the conditions on the date the order was made remain in effect regardless of later modification.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars or other currencies as displayed on the website. Prices may change due to various factors such as changes in tax and prices of materials.
Once your order is confirmed, however, the price for that particular order is final. You are responsible for understanding prices and other costs (shipping, wrapping and packaging, tax at current rates) as indicated. You must agree with prices prior to purchase of the products on www.iseal-insole.net.
Should you have any questions, it is your duty to clarify through enquiry option provided on the website. The amount to be paid will be indicated on the purchase order and the amount may vary slightly depending on the delivery destination.
You can place an order on the www.iseal-insole.net GB reserves the right to reject sales for any reason whatsoever. Confirmation of your order indicates your full agreement with these conditions of sales without exception. All information supplied and confirmations given are kept as proof of the transaction. You declare that you understand and voluntarily consent with them. A summary of the order information will be sent to you via the confirmation Email.
The confirmation of your order means your obligation to pay the price indicated. Payment must be made in full at the time of the order and there is currently no option of deposits or multiple instalments.GB maintains ownership of the goods until payment is made in full. Payment for your purchases can be made using PayPal or direct bank transfer. By paying with PayPal, you will be automatically directed to your PayPal account.Once your PayPal payment has been accepted, your order on www.iseal-insole.net is completed. In case of direct bank transfer, order completion is defined when the amount is fully transferred to the bank account that GB specifies.
【RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY】
In case of cancellation, return or exchange of your goods, the following conditions apply. Cooling-off is applicable from the date the order is made until 3 days after the product is delivered. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the goods in their original condition (packaging, accessories and documentation). You will lose the right to cancel the order if any damage is caused to the product at this stage. Examination for whether the returned product is in the original condition will take no more than 14 working days from receipt of the returned product by GB. If the returned product is considered to be in the original condition, reimbursement will be made usually within a following week. The bank information where reimbursement will be deposited should be specified with a note enclosed with the returned product. If any information is lacking or the product is not in the original condition, no reimbursement will be made without further notice. GB reserves the right for examination of the returned product and the final decision to be made. In the event of an exchange, the new order will be dispatched after receiving the returned product by GB. You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the delivered products are defective. In that case, GB is responsible for all shipping costs.
If the product is unavailable after your order has been placed, GB will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and your account will not be debited.
The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified when the order is made. Time taken for delivery varies depending highly on locations but the maximum time is 4 weeks from the order. In the event of a delay in dispatch, you will be sent an email informing you of the delivery date. If delivery is delayed, you have the option of cancelling the order. GB cannot be, however, responsible for a delay due to unavailability of the customer after several delivery attempts.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded. All complaints and requests for exchange or refund must be made by using the form in the website within 3 days of delivery. The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all accompanying items (accessories, packaging, documentation etc). GB has the sole right to examine the returned product and make a decision about exchange or refund.
The purchase complies with the current legislation of the state of Victoria, Australia. GB cannot be responsible for non-compliance with the local legislation where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities the requirements regarding import and use of the products or services you are intending to order. In addition, GB cannot be responsible for any damage, injury or other problems due to the purchased product. By purchasing the product, you automatically indemnify GB for whatsoever.
The language of the agreement is English. These conditions of sale are subject to Corporations Act applicable in the state of Victoria, Australia. All disputes will be dealt with exclusively by courts of Victoria State, Australia.
All elements of the www.iseal-insole.net are intellectual property of GB. You must not reproduce, exploit, redistribute or use for any purpose whatsoever, in whole or in part.
GB reserves the right to collect personal data about you. This is required for processing your order, improving the service and providing you with the information. The data are kept also for security and legal purposes.
